How will you take my measurements?
No tape measure needed. We work on your existing garment or a well-fitting sample piece you provide. This ensures a perfect fit without the hassle. Customers send a short fit-note along with their outfit to request alterations (looser waist, shorter sleeves, etc).
Do I need to visit the tailor?
No. We arrange pickup and delivery right at your doorstep, saving you time and effort.
What if the fit isn’t right?
Every order comes with one free re-fit within 7 days. Just let us know the issue, and we’ll arrange pickup & delivery again.
How much does it cost?
Alterations start at just ₹99. Minimum Order value ₹199 inclusive of pickup and delivery. Final cost depends on the type of work and urgency, and we confirm it before starting.
When do I pay?
You pay securely on delivery, after receiving your stitched outfit. For some premium orders, we may take a small advance at the time of booking.
